Installation

  1. Determine where you want to hang your lamp.  Use a pencil to mark the six screw locations.  It may be helpful to use a level to ensure the fixture is vertical.

  2. We include anchors for installation into drywall, plaster or panelling.  If you are installing into a different material we recommend using appropriate mounting hardware.  If you are using our anchors, use a 3/16" drill bit to punch six pilot holes.

  3. Slip a wall anchor into each hole.  You may have to gently tap the anchor to get it to sit flush with the wall.

  4. Now, affix the vertical pole to the wall by screwing the brass screws into the drywall anchors.

  5. Once the vertical pole is in place you may attach the lamp-arm.  To do this, unscrew the clutch swivel-set and position the arm and pole through the disk divots. Position the arm as desired, then tighten the thumb screw to hold everything in place.

  6. Insert the bulb, plug in the fixture, then enjoy!  We recommend an LED bulb of any wattage-equivalency.

Care

Natural brass will darken and patina with age.  If ever you'd like to remove the patina we recommend using Brasso or Barkeeper's Friend.

For any finish other than natural brass, please wipe with a soft, dry cloth.  Avoid any harsh cleaning chemicals as they may tarnish the finish.
